Aundrea helped me sell m townhouse quickly when I moved out of state. She gave me great recommendations of what to fix up before we listed it. We listed it after I moved, and she handled the whole thing with me remotely. It was seamless! She kept me updated after each showing, and gave me advice when we needed to lower the price once. Aundrea successfully guided and supported me through a challenging remote house prep and listing after my father passed away. I live across the country and wasn't familiar with services or the real estate market in the Twin Cities area. She made time to meet with me the couple times I flew out to work through next-of-kin duties. The first time I met with her, shortly after my father had passed, she shared her own challenging next-of-kin experience and that it motivated her to help others avoid similarly painful experiences – I immediately felt I was in good hands with her. As we moved ahead, Aundrea helped me decide what listing prep was worth doing (e.g., replace the old carpets and refresh paint) and recommended local services, and even coordinated them at times. She let me entertain a couple “As Is” cash offers with the caveat that they tend to bait and switch (she was right). We moved forward with listing and worked together on a listing price that would generate interest but not undervalue the house. The house ended up with almost a dozen offers in a less than a week and, when it came time to compare offers, Aundrea created "at a glance" summaries that made it easy to compare offers (which I very much appreciated, having limited bandwidth between family obligations and a full-time job). The house ended up selling for almost $25k more than expected, which I attribute to Aundrea's guidance on listing prep and expertise on how to best show a house / generate interest in the local market.
